Engagement Communications

To ensure that alumni are engaged and supported, I created touchpoints to reach out. This includes efforts like sending happy birthday emails or holiday cards as well as an e-newsletter with information about their benefits and what’s happening at the university.

  • Through engagement touchpoints, we see approximately 5 percent of alumni update their contact information in our database on an annual basis enabling us to stay in contact for future promotions.
