To ensure that alumni are engaged and supported, I created touchpoints to reach out. This includes efforts like sending happy birthday emails or holiday cards as well as an e-newsletter with information about their benefits and what’s happening at the university.

Results:
Through engagement touchpoints, we see approximately 5 percent of alumni update their contact information in our database on an annual basis enabling us to stay in contact for future promotions.
With engagement touchpoints like the happy birthday email, we are able to remind alumni we are here for them when they need us.
