As the primary researcher and writer for the Academic Annual Report, I conducted in-depth interviews, guided the design process, collaborated with compliance and regulatory teams for approvals, and engaged with senior leadership to ensure a thorough review of the report. My multifaceted role ensured the seamless execution of this vital project.

Alumni User Guides and Login Instructions

I collaborated with IT partners to implement multifactor authentication for alumni accessing their benefits. My responsibilities encompassed creating a comprehensive communication strategy to educate alumni about the multifactor authentication change, creating an instructive landing page, developing a unified user manual for both alumni and students and ensuring the seamless integration of user instructions across the university in a user-friendly manner. My role ensured a smooth transition to multifactor authentication for all users.

Academic Calendars:

I collaborated with various teams across the University to gather crucial information that colleagues require throughout the year, such as session start and end dates, blackout periods for student communication, and company holidays. I oversaw this project from inception to completion, managing the content collection, coordinating the design process, overseeing the overall timeline, and ensuring the distribution of the finalized calendar.
